1.You are sending a file to the web server and the file is currently open by another process.

2.If you get this error when running a ChartNet management report and the file that is locked is 'RSWRUN.PARAMS', then check the filter section of the Reports Catalog record to see if an invalid filter is being used. To release the file, end the RSWRUN task on the server.
