1.If the error is logged in the MTREQSVR log, it could indicate that the server lost its connection to the DB server. Try recycling the application pool.
2.If the error occurs in MTCLIENT, it may indicate that the client lost its connection to Advantage Database.
3.If the user's connection to Advantage Database was purposely disconnected.
4.If the error occurs in MTCLIENT, see if customer is using WEBSENSE web filtering. If so, need to add the ChartNet URL to the list of allowed web sites.
5.The system manager did a manual disconnect of the Advantage connection using the Advantage Data Architect.
