Navigation:  System Setup (F4) > Sites > Abbrev Tab

Abbreviations can be fixed when converting names to proper case, for example, James Smith III, MD is showing as James Smith Iii, Md.  To correct this, define the syntax as 'Iii, Md'='III, MD'
