Navigation:  Error Messages > Access Denied

1.Generic error message indicating that a file is being accessed and the user account does not allow it. Sometime accompanied by error code 5. Usually the result of a permissions problem.

2.When running an automation server on a different machine (i.e. DCOM), make sure the target machine is allowed to run programs initiated by other servers. Run DCOMCNFG and find the ChartNetReportServer object. Add "Everyone" to all the security settings.

3.The anonymous user account cannot be authenticated.
