Important Note: Before a user can access ChartVox Solo, they must be defined in the Site User's table and on the "Login" tab, have their "Program to launch at Login" set to "CV6SOLO".
To install ChartVox solo, follow these steps.
1.The application is designed to work with a Philips SpeechMike. You must first install the software that comes with the SpeechMike so that the workstation has all the required files installed that ChartVox Solo will need.
2.If the workstation does not have the ChartNet Transcription icon installed, perform the following:
1.Go to www.ChartNetTech.com
2.Click on Log in.
3.Enter user name and password supplied by ChartNet Technologies.
4.In the "Download" list, select "ChartNet Client (5.00)" and run it. This will install the ChartNet Transcription login program on your desktop.
1.Start the ChartNet Transcription Login program (mtlogin.exe).
2.Enter your User ID, Password, and Site Code.
3.The program will see if you have ChartVox Solo installed and if not, will download the required files.
4.ChartVox Solo will launch.
5.Depending on how ChartVox Solo is configured, it may also launch the "ChartNet Physician Workstation" which is used for other activities.
