Pertinent patient information includes the account number, medical record number, last name and first name.

 

DICTATION STATUS:

 

APPOINTMENT STATUS:  This is the status of the scheduled visit.

 

APPOINTMENT REASON:  The reason for the appointment received from the scheduling interface.

 

APPOINTMENT TYPE:  The type of appointment received from the scheduling interface.

 

PROVIDER CODE:  The provider's code received from the scheduling interface.

 

MOBILE GROUP:  Providers can be configured to share their schedule, i.e., with a physicians assistant.

 

XTRA1 AND EXTRA2:  These can be used to map additional information to the database.

 

SCHEDULE ID:  This is a unique record ID

 

AUDIO RECORDED:  Audio has been added for that appointment from the mobile device. (Read Only)
