The Page Cannot be Displayed

1.If the error occurs when trying to access the MTPORTAL.DLL, see if the "Default Web Site" has "Full" permissions set for the listed users. Go to IIS Manager, then "Default Web Site". Right click and go to "Permissions".

2.If the Web Portal gets this error, then check the mtiweb log to see if there are any errors.
