Navigation:  Troubleshooting > Typist Cannot Change Text to "Normal"

Typist cannot highlight the text and do CTRL N to fix font discrepancies and restore them to the normal font type and size configured for the form.

 

On the form misc. tab, there is a field "Allow user to set selected text as normal in a report".  This needs to be marked Y.
