Navigation:  Error Messages > Word Experienced an Error Trying to Open the File

1.Microsoft Word could not parse the file because the RTF does not have balanced braces. This can happen if the Word template contains bracketed fields and there is RTF code within the bracketed field due to inserting or modifying the text inside the bracketed field. Try erasing the entire field and typing it again.
