The Commitment Log allows your typists to commit to a certain number of lines each day. Managers can run the T020 report, Transcription Commitment Log, to view the typists commitment and ensure coverage for all accounts.  The commitment can be for transcription or editing, and if Teams are set up, the typist can select the appropriate team.  Teams are used to group certain work types, i.e., the ORTHO team can include all orthopedic work from multiple sites.  Teams are assigned to users in user setup.  The typist would key in the number of lines for specific days of the week/month, and click on Save Changes.
