500 - Internal Server Error

1.If running Web Portal, check the ADS.INI file to make sure it does not exist in the \windows\system32 folder.

2.If running Web Portal, check the ADS.INI file and make sure the PROFILE=[profile] is correct.

3.Web Portal cannot find the privacy text file.

4.ADS.INI file has invalid RootPath.

5.ADS.INI file has missing or invalid ServerType

6.Anonymous account is not set ot "Log on as batch job".

7.MTREQSVR cannot login using the anonymous account.

8.MTREQSVR cannot find the ADS.INI file.

9.MTREQSVR cannot located the Advantage DLL's.

10.MTREQSVR has lost connection to the main DB server. Check to make sure the 'chartnet' share is still active on the DB server. If not, see if the "Server" service is running.

11.Make sure the PATH environment variable has a UNC path that points to the \bin folder.

12.If trying to run MTIWEBDLL, check the \windows\chartnet.log to see if any errors.

13.The 'chartnet' virtual directory is not pointing to the \system\web folder.

14.Check to see if the SERVER service is running. This service is responsible for folder sharing and printer sharing.
