500 - Server Execution Failed

1.If this error occurs running the Web Portal, check the mtiweb log. If the program is starting up then it could be that an error occured that is logged in the c:\windows\chartnet.log file. Could be the path to the privacy text file is wrong. Should point to \system\shared\mtiweb_privacy.txt.

2.Make sure the process is running under the proper identity and that account has the proper rights.
