Abbreviations can be fixed when converting names to proper case, for example, James Smith III, MD is showing as James Smith Iii, Md.  To correct this, define the syntax as 'Iii, Md'='III, MD'.  The abbreviation correction is used only for Bracketed Fields.   The abbreviations can be overridden at the Site level.
