Allowing Web Portal Access

Before a user can access the Web Portal, the user's profile must be configured to allow what functions in the Web Portal the user is allowed to do.

 

1.Start the ChartNet Client Console

2.Click on "System Setup"

3.If this is a non-site user, click on "Users". If this is a site user, enter the site code at the top, then click on "Site Users"

4.Select the user from the list, or create a new user.

5.Click on the "Web Portal" tab

6.In the "Web Portal Access" box, select one or more capabilities.

7.If this is a provider that will be doing e-signing, enter the providers code in the "Electronic Signature Provider Code" field.

8.Press F10 to save.

9.Notify the user to let them know the URL that they will need to enter in their browser, and "Access Code" that will be required before they log in.
