Navigation:  System Setup (F4) > Users > Batch Print Tab

If a Site has multiple batches to print, you can limit different site users to certain batches.  For example, batches are set up by doctor and you only want the doctor's staff to see his batches.  To set this up, you would use example 2 above, where ID is the Site User's ID.
