WEB PORTAL ACCESS: Define which applications the user will see in the Web Portal:
BATCH PRINT - Ability to save or print transcribed documents
E-SIGN - Provider access to electronically authenticate documents

REPORT SEARCH - Allows user to search for transcribed documents
