Navigation:  System Setup (F4) > Users > Login Tab

The login tab displays the last password change date, last login date and time, and account suspension information.  If a User account is suspended for multiple incorrect login attempts, it can be reactivated here.  If the user is a ChartVox Solo dictation user, select CV6SOLO from the PROGRAM TO LAUNCH AT LOGIN dropdown box.  Default program to launch is ChartNet Client.

 

FORCE PASSWORD CHANGE AT NEXT LOGIN:  Selecting this option will force the user to change their password upon logging in.

 

RESET MTCLIENT SETTINGS:  Selecting this option will scrub the users folder.  If a User starts having issues with ChartNet, scrubbing their user folder is the first place to start.

 

REMOTE SOFTWARE VERSION:  You can place employees on a Build override, but not a Version override.  For example, if one of your customers has issues with new builds because of their network and/or firewall, you can put them on a build override so they will not receive the update.

 

MOBILE APPLICATION:  If the user uses ChartNet Dictate (iPhone app), select Mobile User.  By selecting this, it will assign one of the available smart phone licenses to this user.
