1.The object (e.g. ActiveX control, COM object, etc) being created cannot be located by Windows because it has not been registered.
2.If error comes from ChartVox Solo (CV6SOLO.EXE), see if the Philips SpeechMike drivers have been installed using the CD that comes with the SpeechMike. Also, make sure the SpeechMike is connected to the machine first. ChartVox Solo uses a dll located in the \bin called SpMikeCtrl.dll. It gets automatically registered by CV6Solo at startup.
