Navigation:  Error Messages > Error Retrieving Printer Information

1.When running a report using R&R Report Writer, indicates that the process running the report does not have any printers defined. May need to change the identity of the process to the Administrator account.

2.See if the default printer is set to a non-common printer driver.

3.Check to see if the SERVER windows service is running.
