By default, the CVSolo voice files from the user are uploaded to the server folder:
%root%\public\sites\allsites\chartvox
“ %root% ” is the ChartNet installation folder on the server, usually C:\ChartNet.
You can override this location for a Site or a User by editing the Site, Site User, or Site Location INI file for the CVSolo user.
This INI file is located in the \ChartNet\System\CVoxSolo folder on the server. There can be one of three different INI files for a user that may be applied. They are applied to the user in the following order: Site, Site User (if present), and Site Location (if present). Site Location being the top most INI file to be applied to a user and overrides the other two INI files.
For ALL the users in a particular site, edit the SITE_[SITE].INI file. (i.e. SITE_ABC.INI )
For an individual Site User, Edit the SITE_[SITE]_U_[LOGIN].INI file. (i.e. SITE_ABC_U_MYLOGIN.INI )
For a particular Site Location, Edit the SITE_[SITE]_L_[LOCATION].INI file. (i.e. SITE_ABC_L_MYLOCATION.INI )
In the [Main] section of either INI file, add or edit the “PathOverride” field and value with the Server location for the Voice Import to look for the files. PathOverride=[File Location]
