ChartNet can be configured to encrypt voice files while they reside on the clients computer when they are downloaded to play in the ChartNet Voice Player.  To use the encrypted voice player, in System Setup, System, under the Misc tab, select Use New Encryption Enabled Voice Player.  Selecting this option will use the encrypted voice player, but voice files will not be encrypted.  This is configured per Site.

To configure a Site for the Encrypted Voice Player, in System Setup, Sites, under the Misc tab, under the Voice File Options, select Encrypt Voice Files for MTClient.

NOTE:  The New Encrypted Voice Player must be enabled in System Setup, System.  If it is only selected in System Setup, Sites, it will not use the Encrypted Voice Player.
