1.Web server is not running.

2.If you get this when running the Web Portal, check the MTIWEB.INI file to make sure the URL to the Request Sever is valid. Should be using the inside IP address.

3.If you get this when running the Web Portal, check the MTIWEB.INI file to see if the URL to the Request Server is using SSL (i.e. https). If so, try changing it to "http:"

4.Could be a problem with Norton Anti-virus. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the anti-virus software.

5.Host URL is incorrect.
