Fields are database or site specific information that need to be in the Report Data Screen and transcribed document. Fields can also be used in Templates. When creating a new site in Chartnet you may need to create additional fields to display information on the final documents. You could also create a site specific field if you wish to change the field length of a database field for one site, change the format of the displayed field or change how this field is mapped. These are used to display information on a document. The values in the Fields are read in from the Report Data Screen or another database table.
