Navigation:  System Setup (F4) > Sites > Flags Tab

 

IN TRANSCRIPTION, PROMPT USER FOR REPORT TYPE (even if default report type is specified):  This should be selected if a default report type is defined, but other report types are used.

 

EXCLUDE THIS SITE FROM ALL STATISTICS (UserLog, Scribe, and Stats):  This should be selected if this is a training or a test site.

 

ALLOW REPORTS TO BE PUT ON SITE REVIEW:  If the facility will review documents with blanks or missing information before the document is Delivered, select Allow reports to be put on Site Review.

 

DO NOT ALLOW E-SIGNING OF REPORTS THAT HAVE INCOMPLETE MARKERS:  If providers are e-signing documents in the Web Portal and the facility does not want documents with blanks and/or missing patient information signed, select Do not allow e-signing of reports that have Incomplete markers and Do not allow e-signing of reports that have Missing Data on the Report Data Screen.
