BILLING INFORMATION: Select the Billing Calculation Code from the drop down box.  If the transcription pay for this site is different than their standard rate, you have the ability to override it in the Override Transcription Calculation Code. If you bill for 'No Dictation' files, select the "No Dictation" Calculation Code for Billing from the drop down box.  If you bill a different rate for voice recognition, select the Calculation Code from the Voice Rec Billing Calculation Code drop down box.

TURN AROUND TIME INFORMATION: Define the turn around time in hours in the TAT Goal for Non-stat Reports (hours) and the TAT Goal for Stat Reports (hours).  This can be further defined in the Forms setup.  TAT Start Date Field Name is defaulted to when the dictation is received, but can be changed to either the dictation date/time (DICT_DATE) or transcription date/time (TRANS_DATE).  TAT Ending Statuses define when ChartNet stops calculating turn around times.  Note:  Turn around times that use partial hours are defined in decimals - a half hour would be 0.5

TURNAROUND TIME GOAL HOURS (NON-STATS) OVERRIDE:  If turnaround time is different for certain days of the week, i.e., Saturday and Sunday, you can define the turnaround time override for specific days of the week. For example, turnaround time on weekdays is 24 hours, but work does not have to be transcribed over the weekend.  Use 24 for Monday through Thursday, 72 for Friday, 48 for Saturday and 24 for Sunday.

NOTE:  If a site is on voice recognition, a document is considered Transcribed after a VR draft is received.  Line Count Calculations Stopped define when ChartNet stops calculating the line count on a document.  Best practice for TAT Ending Statuses are Delivered, On E-Sign and Site Review.  Best practice for Line Count Calculations Stopped is Delivered, On E-Sign, Provider Review (if the Provider is set up to review all of his work before distribution), and Site Review.
