Navigation:  System Setup (F4) > Sites > Fax Tab

 

ChartNet can fax documents or carbon copies of documents.

 

FAX COVER SHEET: To fax with a cover sheet, create the cover sheet under the Site's Forms setup and select it from the drop down box.

 

FAX NUMBER:  If the Site has a specific fax number they want displayed on the header at the top of the fax, put that number in the Fax Number field.

 

DISABLE FAXING FOR THIS SITE:  If there is no faxing for the site, select Disable Faxing For This Site.
