SITE CODE:  Define the Site Code. Site codes can be alpha or numeric or alphanumeric and are limited to 8 digits. If utilizing numeric site codes, best practice is to start with a four digit number.

SITE NAME:  Define the Site Name. Generally, the site name is the actual name of the facility.

RECALCULATE STATS:  Selecting Recalculate Stats will recalculate the transcription and billing statistics in the Report and Stats tables.  The Userlog table and all TAT fields are not affected.

ACCOUNT MANAGERS can be configured in System Setup, System under the Other tab.  Account Managers assigned to Sites can monitor voice files and documents for those sites.  If you have Managers that oversee specific accounts, assigning them as the Account Manager will allow them to monitor work that they manage.

SITE GROUPS are also set up under the System Setup, System, Other tab.  Site groups are used when there are multiple facilities under one umbrella. For example, if you have multiple sites that share MPI, providers, or other information, you can create a site group and have all of the sites in that site group.

WORK GROUP/TEAMS is also defined under the System Setup, System, Other tab.  Work Groups/Teams are used for work pools and give you the ability to group sites by modality, i.e., ortho, medical records, etc. when creating the work pool.

MT OR SERVICE CENTER FOR INCOMING JOBS allows you to define an outsourcing company for jobs for the site.  This can also be further defined in the Form setup for the site.  MT or Service Centers are also defined under the System Setup, System, Other tab. For example, if you outsource to another company and they only get work from certain sites, defining the Service Center will allow them to only see work from those sites in ChartNet.

DEFAULT REPORT TYPE CODE:  If the report type was blank in the voice import, i.e., from a hand held recorder, the default report type code defined here would populate.

DEFAULT DEVICE FOR DISTRIBUTING CC'S :  If distribution of carbon copies is done through ChartNet, define the Default Device for Distributing CC's in the Site setup.

OVERRIDE COPY TO DESCRIPTION:

OVERRIDE 'INCOMPLETE' MARKER STRING:  You have the ability to customize incomplete markers (blanks) in the Override 'Incomplete' Marker String drop down box. NOTE: If something besides INCOMPLETE or INC is used, i.e., underscores, the jump code (CTRL ALT I) to move from one incomplete marker to another will not work.

SITE'S TIME ZONE:  Define the Site's Time Zone using the drop down box.  Time stamps on documents can be configured to use the Site's time zone setting rather than the System's time zone setting if this is configured.  If the site is in a different time zone than your ChartNet server, use the following fields on the forms for the dictation and transcription time:

d: [X.DictDateTz) [X.DictTimeTz)  t: [X.TranDateTz) [X.TranTimeTz)
