Navigation:  System Setup (F4) > User Groups > Functions Tab

Define which functions the user group is allowed to perform.  For example, a user group that is view only would have access to Report Search only.

AD HOC GRID:  Allows access to the Ad Hoc Grid in the ChartNet Client

AD HOC GRID EXPORTS:  Allows user group to export results from the Ad Hoc Grid in the ChartNet Client

ADDENDUMS:  Allows user group to create addendums

AUDIT REPORTS:  Allows user group to perform QA Audits in QA Manager (F10)

DELETE REPORTS:  Allows user group to delete reports in the ChartNet Client.  Note - Documents cannot be deleted in the Web Portal.

DISTRIBUTE REPORTS:  Allows user to complete the distribution screen in the ChartNet Client and Web Portal

DISTRIBUTE UNSIGNED REPORTS:  Allows user to complete the distribution screen for unsigned documents in the Chartnet Client and Web Portal.

EDIT NOTES:  Allows user group to edit Customer Report Notes in the ChartNet Client and Web Portal.

EDIT PRIVATE NOTES:  Allows user group to edit Internal and QA/Feedback Report Notes in the ChartNet Client and Web Portal

EDIT REPORT DATA:  Allows user group to modify the Report Data Screen in the ChartNet Client and Web Portal

EDIT REPORTS:  Allows user group to edit documents in the ChartNet Client and Web Portal

EDIT VOICE JOBS:  Allows user group to modify voice jobs in the ChartNet Client and Web Portal

MOVE REPORTS:  Allows user group to move documents to a different site in the ChartNet Client

PRINT REPORT:  Allows user group to print a document in the ChartNet Client and Web Portal.

REPORT HISTORY LIST:  Allows user group to see a history of documents transcribed or edited under the File menu in Transcribe and Review Reports, Report History in the ChartNet Client.

REPORT SEARCH:  Allows user group to access Document Search (F2) in the ChartNet Client and Web Portal

REVIEW REPORTS:  Allows user group to Review Documents (F3) in the ChartNet Client and Web Portal.

RUN JOB DETAIL:  Allows user group to run the Untyped Jobs Detail report from the Reports menu in the ChartNet Client.

RUN JOB SUMMARY:  Allows user group to run the Untyped Jobs Summary report from the Reports menu in the ChartNet Client

TRANSCRIBE REPORTS:  Allows user group to Transcribe (F1) documents.

UNLINK ADDENDUMS:  Allows user group to unlink an addendum from a document

UNSIGN REPORTS:  Allows user group to un-sign a document that has been electronically signed

VIEW BILLING STATISTICS:  Allows user group to see the billing/payroll information in the Report Details in the ChartNet Client and Web Portal.  NOTE:  If a user group has access to Report Details, but no access to Billing Statistics, the Details button will be grayed out.

View Daily Activity Log:  Allows user group to run the Daily Activity Log from the Reports menu in the ChartNet Client.

VIEW EVENTS:  Allows user group to view the document Events while in a document in the ChartNet Client.

VIEW REPORT DETAILS:  Allows user group to view the statistical Details of a document while in the document in the ChartNet Client

VIEW TRANSCRIPTION STATISTICS:  Allows user group to view the Transcription Statistics in the document Details.  NOTE:  If a user group has access to Report Details, but no access to Transcription Statistics, the Details button will be grayed out.

VIEW USER LOGS:  Allows user group to run the Daily Transcription Log report from the Reports menu in the ChartNet Client.

WEB PORTAL COVER LETTER:

WEB PORTAL DASHBOARD:  Will display dashboard widgets outlined below when a user logs into the Web Portal.  There are two dashboards available, MTSO1.ASPX is for management staff and MT1.ASPX for non-management staff.  The dashboard that the user group sees is configured under the Misc tab in the User Group.
