Navigation:  System Setup (F4) > User Groups > Applications Tab

Define which ChartNet and Web Portal applications the user group needs access to.  For example, if the user group is a customer who will be running reports, marking voice files stat, accessing documents and batch printing, select Batch Print, Report Search, Stats Reporting, Voice Manager and Web Portal as allowable applications.

 

BATCH PRINT:  Allows access to Batch Print (F8) in the ChartNet Client and Web Portal

CHARTNET CLIENT:  Allows access to the ChartNet Client.

DISTRIBUTION MGR:  Allows access to Distrib Manager (F9) in the ChartNet Client

E-SIGN:  Allows access to electronically sign documents in the Web Portal.

FAX MANAGER:  Allows access to Fax Manager (F6) in the ChartNet Client

FILE MANAGER:  Allows access to System Setup

INI MANAGER:  No longer used

LOG VIEWER:  Allows access to Log Viewer (F11) in the ChartNet Client

QA MANAGER:  Allows access to QA Manager (F10) in the ChartNet Client

RAD PICKLIST:  No longer used

REPORT SEARCH:  Allows access to Document Search (F2) in the ChartNet Client and Web Portal

RSDE FORMAT EDITOR:  No longer used

SITE MANAGER:  Allows access to Site Manager in the ChartNet Client

STATS REPORTING:  Allows access to run statistical Reporting (F5) in the Chartnet Client and Web Portal

SYSTEM UTILITIES:  Allows access to MTUTILS on your ChartNet Server.

USER MANAGER:  Allows access to User Manager (F12) in the ChartNet Client

VOICE MANAGER:  Allows access to Voice Manager (F7) in the ChartNet Client and Web Portal.

WEB PORTAL:  Allows access to the Web Portal.
