Navigation:  System Setup (F4) > User Groups > Table Access Tab

If the User Group needs access to any of the System Setup tables outlined in the Table Access tab, select the appropriate table here.  For example, if the User Group is for a customer who needs access to keep F8 Templates and Addresses updated, allow access to those two tables.  If the User Group is for a transcriptionists or VR editor, they generally will not need any access to the Tables.

ADDRESS:  Allows access to the Site Addresses database in System Setup, Site, Addresses

ALERTS:  Allows access to Alerts in System Setup

BATCH CONTROL:  Allows access to Batch Control in System Setup, Site, Batch Control

BATCH PRINT DEFS:  Allows access to Batch Print Defs in System Setup, Site, Batch Print Defs (definitions)

CALCULATIONS:  Allows access to Calculations in System Setup

DEVICES:  Allows access to Devices in System Setup, Site, Device

FIELDS:  Allows access to Fields in System Setup

FORMS:  Allows access to Forms in System Setup, Site, Forms

GENERIC DICTIONARY:  Allows access to Dictionary in System Setup, Site, Dictionary

MPI:  Allows access to MPI in System Setup, Site, MPI

ORDERS:  Allows access to Orders in System Setup, Site, Orders

PROGRAM CONFIG:  Allows access to Pgm Config in System Setup

PROVIDERS:  Allows access to Providers in System Setup, Site, Providers

RATES:  Allows access to Rates in System Setup, Site, Rates

SCHEDULE:  Allows access to Schedule in System Setup, Site, Schedule

SERVERS:  Allows access to Servers in System Setup

SERVICE CONTROLLER:  Allows access to Services in System Setup

SITE USERS:  Allows access to Site Users in System Setup, Site, Site Users

SITES:  Allows access to Sites in System Setup

SYSTEM:  Allows access to System in System Setup

TEMPLATES:  Allows access to Templates in System Setup, Site, Templates

USER GROUPS:  Allows access to User Groups in System Setup

USERS:  Allows access to Users in System Setup

VOICE IMPORT:  Allows access to Voice Import in System Setup

VOICE REC VENDORS:  Allows access to VR Vendors in System Setup

WORK POOLS:  Allows access to Work Pools in System Setup

WORKFLOW:  Allows access to Work Flow in System Setup

 

NOTE:  You can give Site Users view only access to Work Pools and Workflow.  They will not be able to edit either of them, only view those pools and workflows specific for their site.
