Navigation:  System Setup (F4) > User Groups > Main Tab

Site Code:  If the User Group is for a specific site, define the site in the Site Code field.  This is used when you have facilities creating their own users.  They will only see User Groups for their own site.

 

USER GROUP CODE:  Assign a unique code for this user group.  For example, for site 001 e-signing providers, it could be 001_ESIGN.

 

USER GROUP DESCRIPTION:  Put in a brief description of the User Group.

 

INACTIVITY TIMEOUT (MIN):  Allows you to override the standard timeout defined in System Setup, System under the Main tab for the ChartNet Client. For Web Portal, timeout will occur after 40 minutes (controlled by the Web.Config file) and can be extended or shortened by putting a value in the this Inactivity Timeout (min) field. The value entered here will control BOTH ChartNet timeout and Web Portal timeout. Typically, Web Portal users (i.e. Site User or Provider) do not use the ChartNet Client. A value of 99, will allow the Web Portal timeouts to be limited to the recycling of the Web Portal Application Pool. LIST OF USERS:  Selecting list of users will show all active Users in that User Group.
