Grid Functionality

Columns on the grid can be moved by holding down your right mouse button and dragging the column to where you would like it.  Columns can also be made smaller or larger by holding your right mouse button down on the line between the columns and dragging to the desired width.  You can also sort columns by any header by dragging the column you wish to sort by into the dark blue area at the top.  You can also sort the search results by clicking on the heading in the grid that you want to sort by.  For example, to sort by provider, click on the provider column.  Any grid changes you make will be maintained the next time you go into Document Search.

Description of Column Headings:

C:  Document is currently checked out

M:  Document has been marked up

I:  Document is in incomplete status

D:  Document has missing demographics

JOB#:  The ChartNet job umber

STATUS:  The current status of the document

CHECKOUT BY:  The primary ID of the user who has a document checked out

PRIORITY:  The priority of the document

QUEUE:  The review queue the document is in

SITE:  The ChartNet Site

ORIGINAL JOB #:  The original job number from the voice file.

PROVIDER:  The dictating provider

REPT TYPE:  The report type code

REPT DESC:  The report type description

PATIENT NAME:  The name of the patient

DOB:  The patient's date of birth

MED REC #:  The patient's medical record number

ACCOUNTt#:  The patient's account number

VISIT DATE:  The patient's date of visit

EXAM DATE:  The date of the radiology exam

MT:  The transcriptionist who typed the document

TRANS DATE:  The date of transcription

ASSIGNED:  Displays the primary ID of the person the voice file is assigned to

REVIEWED BY:  The primary ID of the person who first reviewed the document

SERVICE DATE:  The date of service

ORDER NO:  The radiology order number
