VOICE/REPORT STATUS CODES AND DESCRIPTION

DP = Distribution pending

DE = Delivered - Report delivered

ES = On e-signing  / Needs e-signing

IM = Importing (voice only)

IP = In progress (being typed)

ND = No dictation (voice only)

NR = On review

PR = On provider review

RC = Review completed

RD = Deleted - Report or voice deleted

SH = User Hold  / User put on User (scribe)Hold (voice)

RH = On review hold (can't be checked-out)

SR = On site review

TR = Transcribed (typed)

UE = Untyped exported (voice only)

UH = Untyped hold (voice only)

UN = Untyped (voice only)
