Navigation:  System Setup (F4) > Work Flow > Lookup Tab

The Lookup tab will show you all the current workflows that are currently setup.  You can search by the workflow ID or site.  You will notice that you can have multiple workflow rules configured, workflows without a site code will apply for all documents; workflow rules with a site code will apply only for that site.
