COST PER MINUTE OF DICTATION:  The average cost per minute of dictation.

 

CDS LIVE DICTATION COST PER REPORT:  The cost per report for voice recognition.

 

COMPANY NUMBER:  Provided by ChartNet Technologies.  ChartNet Technologies customer number.

NOTE: For Concord, this number is a 4-6 digit number.

 

VENDOR ASSIGNED CUSTOMER NO:  Number assigned to MTSO by voice recognition vendor.  This value will auto populate when returned from voice recognition vendor.  (This is not used for Concord)
