MTORDER (HOST SERVER ONLY): MTORDER is used to import order data into a site's Orders table. Can handle files in the HL7 format or other standard formats. Mostly used for Radiology orders.
FORMAT CODE: The format that the input files are in. Option: HL7
FILE MASK: File mask to be used when looking for files to import. Example *.HL7-ORDERS
DELIMITER CHARACTER: The character that is used to separate the fields in the input record.
NUMBER OF DAYS TO KEEP FILES: Number of days to keep imported order files. Default is 1
CHARTVOX EXPORT PATH: If ChartVox interface files are to be created, specify the path. This would be used if verifying patients in Chartvox dictations.
COPY ORDER FILES PATH: Directory to copy the order files to for import into some other program, such as MTMPI. This is useful if the ORDERS and MPI data are stored in the same record.
UPDATE DOCTORS FILE: Automatically update the Doctors file if the Orders record has an ordering doctor that is not in the Doctors file.
UPDATE ADDRESS FILE: Automatically update the Address file if the Orders record has an ordering doctor that is not in the Address file.
