MTVRSVR is configured by ChartNet Support staff.

MTVRSVR: MTVRSVR is the voice recognition manager. It interfaces with MTMMSVR and MTCCSVR for sending and receiving data to the voice recognition engine. It uses a simple "request" and "response" file technique.

SERVER NAME: Computer name that is running MTVRSVR.EXE.

RUN MODE: Automatic

JOB STATUS CHECK INTERVAL MINS: Number of minutes to wait between status checks for the same job.  Default is 5 minutes.

STATUS CHECK INTERVAL MINS:  This is how often the program is run to look for jobs. Default is 1 minute.  Setting this to 0 means there will be no wait.  The program will continuously run (not recommended).

 

It is not recommended to change these settings.
