WORK TYPE TO REPORT TYPE MAPPING: If the dictation system is configured for multiple work types that use one form, i.e., work types 1, 2, and 3 are all consults, you can map them all to the appropriate form here:

E-SIGN GROUP CODES: If e-signing providers can sign for other providers in their group, define the E-Sign Group Codes. The e-sign group code is assigned to the appropriate providers in the Site User setup. E-sign groups can be used for groups of providers who can sign for each other, i.e., a practice or department.
CONCORD DOCUMENT TYPE CODES: If you are using Concord back end voice recognition, ChartNet Technologies will provide you with codes for each document type. The format is CODE;Description, i.e., 1234;Op Note. In Form setup, under the Voice Rec tab, you will assign the appropriate code to that document type.
