Navigation:  System Setup (F4) > User Groups > Other Tab

WHEN PRINTING, USE PRINTER SELECTION DIALOG BOX INSTEAD OF DEVICE LOOKUP DIALOG BOX:  If selected, in ChartNet, when F3 is selected to print a report, a list of the users Windows printers will display instead of the Devices configured for that form type.

 

DO NOT ALLOW E-SIGN USER TO USE THE "REJECT" OPTION IN THE WEB PORTAL:  If selected, providers will not be able to Reject documents in their e-sign queue.

 

RECORD WHEN A REPORT IS ACCESSED FOR VIEWING IN THE EVENTS LOG:  If selected, will record an Event that the report was selected for viewing.  This should be selected for all User Groups.

 

DO NOT ALLOW ACCESS TO REPORT DATA SCREEN IF REPORT INTERFACED:  If selected, the Report Data Screen will not be accessible if the document has interfaced.

 

DO NOT ALLOW USER TO ABORT OUT OF SPELL CHECK:  If selected, the user group will not be able to exit out of Spell Check when completing a document in the ChartNet client.
