In the QA Errors tab, define the errors used by your company, the type of error, and the number of percentage points that will be deducted. These errors are used when doing quality assurance auditing using QA Manager. The syntax to add an error is ERROR NAME,SEVERITY,PERCENTAGE POINTS with no spaces after the commas. The error type and severity are descriptions, and the points will be deducted for the typist when the document is reviewed in QA Feedback.
