This is where you set up values for system wide drop down lists.
USER TITLES: This is used in Users and Site Users. It is for display purposes only.
ACCT MANAGERS: The account manager value can be used to group accounts together for easy searching in Voice Manager and Document Search. It can also be used to restrict users access to sites. The Acct Manager title needs to be defined and assigned to the User and the Site. If the Acct Manager is assigned to a User, the user will only be able to access sites associated with that Acct Manager. If the Acct Manager is assigned to the Site only, a user has the ability to search voice files and documents for sites that have that Acct Manager assigned. EXAMPLE: If you have multiple facilities that have a pathology department, you can define an account manager code for pathology to group these together.
SITE GROUPS: Site groups are used to group sites together for Site Users. It restricts them to only their documents and voice files. When searching for items in Document Search or Voice Manager, you can search using the site group name and get results for all of the sites in the site group.
SERVICE CENTERS: Service Centers are used if you have groups of typists or outside services and you want to assign voice jobs either be automatically or on demand to this group. For example: You use a company to assist with overflow. Setting them up as a service center allows them only access to Sites assigned to that service center.
USER MANAGERS: Defining a user manager code allows you to generate reports a group of Users assigned to that code. The user manager code is used in the stats, reports and userlog tables.
WORK GROUPS/TEAMS: Work groups or teams are used to group specific incoming voice jobs, i.e., orthopedic, HIM, etc., across multiple sites. Work pools can then be configured using the work group/team code. Work groups/teams are assigned to sites and/or users. Using work groups/teams is a convenient way to group incoming voice jobs so that they may be routed via work pool.
