Work Pools are configured to allow custom routing of voice jobs. On the Lookup tab, you can sort by Site, Type, Description, etc., by clicking on the column heading. You can also click on the pin on the right side of the heading and select only certain Sites, Types, Work Pool, etc by selecting the appropriate value in the drop down box.
