This tab is required for ALL alerts you setup. The minimum value needs to be a 0 (zero) for either Day of Month, Day of Week, or Every Minutes. 0 values will cause the alert to be ran EVERY cycle of the alert service. This can be anywhere from 10-60 seconds, depending on the number of alerts, number of files, and size of the database. NOTE: It is highly recommended that a value other than zero is used somewhere in this section.
You can also specify a specific time of day that this alert should run. You can have the alert run up to 6 specified times. For example, you want the alert for “Check E-sign reports overdue (1)” to only be ran at 7:00 AM each day. You would put in 07:00 in the Time of Day 1 field.
