In order for the ChartNet software to locate DLL files, ADS.INI, and other required files, you must change the server's system PATH variable so that it includes the full path to the ChartNet \BIN folder.

Perform the procedure below on the Database server.

1.Right click on "My Computer"

2.Select "Properties"

3.Click "Advanced" tab

4.Click "Environment Variables" button

5.Under "System Variables", click "Path", then "Edit" button

6.In the "Variable Value" box, press "Home" key to move cursor to the beginning of the string

7.Enter the UNC path to the ChartNet \BIN folder. Example: \\chartnetdb\chartnet\bin

8.Click OK to save

9.Click OK to exit the Advanced window
