Navigation:  System Maintenance > Setting the System Version/Build

To put all users on a new version of the Client Console, you must perform the following.

 

1.Go into System Setup

2.Click on the "System" button

3.Go to the "Main" tab

4.For "Version number for remote users", change the new version (if different than the current version number). The format is N.NN. Example: 6.00

5.For "Build number for remote users", change to the new build number. The build number is normally a 10 digit number with a format of: YYMMDD[4Digit Build]   i.e. 1905150600

Note: If some users are assigned to an "Override build" (on the Login page of their User record), you can clear all the users who have an override build by going to the 'System" table, then go to the File menu and select "Clear all override versions and builds"
