Installation Steps
ChartNet provides a simple backup utility program called MTBACKUP.EXE that can be used to do a nightly backup of the system.
The following items are included in the backup:
1.\bin folder
2.\system folder
3.\system\sites folder
4.\system\users folder
5.All voice .CVF files for jobs that are still active
To set up a backup server, do the following:
1.Designate a server to act as the backup device that has sufficient disk space.
2.Create a shared folder on that backup device called "ChartnetBackup". Give "Everyone" full writes.
3.Go into System Setup and edit the System record.
4.Click on the "Paths" tab.
5.In the "Path to backup ChartNet system files to", enter "\\[servername]\ChartNetBackup"
