If the customer has partnered with another MTSO for helping to transcribe jobs, the following procedures can be used to assign jobs to the extermal entity and for the external entity to manage those jobs.
1.Decide on a "Service Center" code (up to 10 chars) that will represent the external company. For example: "MTSO1".
2.Create User Accounts for each MTSO user. On the 'Main' tab, set the "Service Center" to the proper code.
3.If the external company wants to have MT's request jobs using work pools, then make sure all the filter lines include: AND (SERVCTR="MTSO1"). This will prevent them from getting any jobs that are not assigned to the MTSO.
4.If the external company wants to have one of their managers manually assign jobs to their MT's, then create an voice workpool called "ASSIGNED" with one filter line with just "END" in it. Assign the "ASSIGNED" work pool to the external company's MT's. When an MT requests jobs using this work pool, they will only get jobs assigned to them.
After the above steps are complete, you can use Voice Manager to select jobs to assign to the external company.
1.Select the jobs to assign by clicking on the left side of the grid
2.Right-click and select "Assign to Service Center"
3.Select the Service Center from the drop-down list.
4.The jobs should now have the Service Center code in both the "Service Center" field and the "Assigned" field.
5.When the external company's manager logs in and goes into Voice Manager, they will only see jobs that they are allowed to manage. From there, the manager can manually assign jobs to specific MT's by right-clicking and selecting the "Assign to MT" option.
Note: If ALL jobs for a particular site are to be assigned to the external company, then you can automatically assign all jobs to a specific Service Center by putting the Service Center code in the Sites record (on the Main page)
