The Web Portal Dashboard allows users to see the status of voice files, documents on review, logged in users, and turn around time using customized widgets.  The widgets can be dragged to your desired position.  Click on Save View and they will stay in the position that you set.   NOTE: Access to the dashboard needs to be configured in Users Group of System Setup.

 

 

The dashboard can be configured for a site, so that users for that site will only see widgets with site specific information.  There are two different dashboards available.  The dashboard normally given to typists and site users is below (MT1.aspx). This dashboard will display Jobs Waiting for Transcriptionist, Jobs Waiting for Editor, Jobs Waiting for Review, Untyped Jobs Due in Less Than 2 Hours, Review VRDraft Jobs Due Less than 2 Hours, and Health Meter (Turn Around Time).

The second dashboard is for MTSO Supervisors (MTSO1.aspx) and displays all widgets, including Jobs Waiting for Transcriptionist, Jobs Waiting for Editor, Jobs Waiting for Review, Health Meter (Turn Around Time), Logged on Employees, Average Turn Around Time goals, Status, Incoming Jobs by Hour and Current Fax Queue.
