The Daily Activity Log (D001) reports all activity per day, including all transcription, editing, and review. For each day, the report will list all jobs, as well as a summary of work completed for the day. The number of characters and lines are reported for each job, as well as the author, report type, and start and end times.
Run this report if you both transcribe and edit to accurately reflect your line count.
