The ChartNet Client Console allows a remote or home user to access the ChartNet Transcription platform via the Internet, for the purpose of transcribing and editing reports, managing voice jobs, and other tasks required for transcription.

Transcriptionists and Editors
ChartNet provides transcriptionists and editors the flexibility to transcribe with the ChartNet Editor or to edit draft documents with the M*Modal Editor. It provides many tools for transcription and editing, including ExpandType, a user-defined macro library, and Stedman's medical spell check dictionary.
Account and System Managers
Account and System managers can support, monitor, and track account and user activity easily with the ChartNet Client Console. An extensive library of management, payroll, and billing reports are provided. In addition, all user activity is logged for easy report tracking and problem solving. Job workflow and distribution may be monitored using the modules provided.
Office Administrators and HIM Managers
You may wish to deploy the ChartNet Client Console to office administrators and HIM managers at your customers' facilities. Access to ChartNet will allow them to view, print, and edit archived reports, as well as monitor distribution and workflow. For example, office administrators may print reports from the ChartNet Client Console to reconcile documents that have been eSigned.
